MIAMISBURG, Ohio — Teradata Corporation (NYSE:TDC), the global leader in enterprise data warehousing, announced today the addition of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) software to its data warehouse solutions portfolio. The new partnership with S&OP market leader Steelwedge Software will provide high-tech manufacturing companies with a single, more realistic operating plan that is aligned with business and financial objectives, lowering inventories while providing higher on-time deliveries and shorter order-to-cash cycle times, across the enterprise. 

When combined with the power of the Teradata Warehouse®, companies with the S&OP solution can benefit from the ability to better synchronize performance across the enterprise with greater visibility and more detailed forecasting and planning; more accurate risk and profitability analysis; and faster identification of issues and new opportunities.
