A winner and runner-up will be awarded in each category based on the following criteria:
  • Challenge of business problem(s) faced

Submissions may include innovative programs in the areas of direct marketing, e-mail marketing, multiple-channel usage, multi-step campaigns, event-based marketing, loyalty programs, control and test splits, etc., leading to more efficient marketing spend, increased acquisition and retention as examples.
  2. Transforming the Organization — Implementations that have required an organization to change their business processes to become more customer-focused. Submissions may include the challenges met and strategies and tactics employed to overcome those challenges both internal and external. Results should demonstrate directional changes in campaign and general marketing strategies to reflect a customer-driven organization.
  3. Customer Strategy — Implementations with unique customer strategies driving their objectives and tactics to achieve new levels of business benefits. Submissions in this category may include unique segmentation strategies, customer programs with results leading to increased loyalty and retention.
  4. Rising Star — This category showcases newer implementations (<2 years) of TCRM that are in the beginning phases of organizational change to become a more customer-centric company and whose early results of campaign initiatives are greatly improved. NOTE: You may compete in all categories, but a separate application must be filled out for each category.
