Brenden joined Teradata in March 2010, having spent the previous eleven years at two of the four major Australian banks looking after analytical marketing areas including:
- Implementing customer management platforms
- Design and delivery of enterprise wide communication and marketing plans
- Online and inbound marketing
- Analytical Marketing to High Nett Worth clients
In addition to being the Industry Consultant for Financial Services in the region he is also the CRM domain lead looking to leverage CRM and analytic tools across businesses and industries.
He is focused on understanding business problems and assisting organizations in choosing and applying the right tools to solve them whether it is new data sources, new applications of new analytical techniques.
Brenden has also managed large teams of internal and external business, analytics and IT resources delivering business operations, business process re-engineering and legacy system migration and retirement.
