Teradata customers with an active Services Agreement can request one by visiting Teradata @ Your Service and entering their Teradata assigned Master Customer Number in the User Registration portlet. Don’t know your Teradata assigned Master Customer Number; contact your IT manager or your Teradata Customer Services Representative (CSR).
Note: New accounts are subject to approval by a Teradata @ Your Service User Administrator.
